Liberation

Liberation is an inside job.

When we initiate change from the inside out, we see lasting and sustainable change without.

Liberation of the mind is an essential inside quest—a sacred process of realizing one’s truest self, which gives rise to actions, or choices, that lead to freedom from unnecessary suffering in the body.

Liberation of the mind must not be mistaken for freedom of the body, which requires the removal of oppression.

Liberation of the mind encourages clarity, safety, groundedness, and joy.

Liberation of the mind builds self-worth and the courage to overcome any fears that might be preventing us from creating a life worth living, grounded in peace and joy.

Liberation work is spiritual work. But most importantly, it is Ego work.

Ego work is essentially holding one’s self radically accountable. It is accountability work. Holding our contrived selves accountable, so that we might tap into a greater sense of being, or embodiment.

Liberation from the contrived self leads to authentic embodiment.

Authentic embodiment brings relief, release, peace, and intrinsic joy to the mind, body, and spirit.
